What the extra money buys

The cheapest trips are UTV rides with short walks into a slot: no ropes, no rappels. Rappelling starts with ROAM’s 2.5-hour trip. Above it, the money buys more rappels and more hours: ROAM’s 4-hour trip adds two or three rappels to the 2.5-hour one, and the full days run 6 to 7.5 hours. Elkheart and Coral Sands sit in between, as half days with youth rates.
Every rappelling trip here includes its gear; the differences are in the extras. The Elkheart, Stone Hollow and Powell’s Way trips leave gratuities to you, and Powell’s Way leaves lunch and water too. ROAM’s 6-hour trip asks you to bring your own lunch.
Group size and the price
The Viator trips here are priced a person, one option each, with no group minimum: one adult can book. Zion Guide Hub's private half day is different: its calendar asks for at least two adults, and two paid US$420.52 on 27 November 2026 and 20 January 2027 (checked November 2026).
